Best Western El Dorado Panama Hotel

The location was central to where I wanted to be (Panama Canal and the airport) and there was lots of parking available. I like how there was a guard in the parking lot at all times The room was very large, the bed was super comfortable and the washroom was a large size as well. The on-site restaurant had a good selection of food. The entrance to my room was in an alcove (access to w rooms) which filters out the surrounding noise a little bit.

The staff were friendly, helpful and very quick to answer questions and assist. The cleaning staff were exceptionally good. The breakfast is average but for the price being very competitive it is worth the money. Good location, quiet and safe area near restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store.

The staff - Carolyne and Moisés - helped me find great activities and facilitate the communication when I could not locate the services - tours, transportation, food, markets, etc They went out of their way to make sure that I had a very pleasant experience in Panama City, with no stress about checking out later, on my last day, because one of my friends needed a rest day. The rooms, eating and pool areas were always pristine clean, and fresh smelling. The breakfast was always delicious, varied and plentiful.

Me and my family enjoy our stay and hotel staff was very helpful resolving an issue I had with the reservation after I tried to reach out to Priceline and booking.com and didn't resolve it due to very poor customer service
